GXY-PUR-1400C PUR line lamination and wrapping machine(Roll and sheet material)

PUR line lamination and wrapping machine is the machine which for gluing on the film than press the film on the panel sheet by roller. And panel two side will be pressing the film on two side of by the pressing wheel on the  machine. both Panel Three-sided laminating and wrapping in the same.

Introduction：This machine line is using PUR hot melt glue and cold glue  for  flat surface lamination  with various  material,  especially for high gloss  materials.   PUR hot melt glue and cold glue    provide fast chemical reaction with moisture in the air,  gives strong  adhesion.

Applicable materials: A.Core  Panel: Chipboard, MDF,  Plywood,  Gypsum board ,  Plastic foamed  board etc. B.Surface Material: PET, PVC, Paper,  CPL, Meter filmetc. C.Glue: Suitable  with  PUR,  PO,  PSA or  EVA  based hot melt and PVAC white glue, UF urea glue.
